Every one of Clark & Lavey's clients is assigned a team of service specialists. Heading up the team is a broker representative. Our next step is to select a dedicated client service representative. Both share the day-to-day responsibilities of managing a given client's account and responding rapidly and dynamically to their needs.
A very cohesive level of communication exists amongst our staff. The bottom line? Every staff member is ready and prepared to fully assist any client at any given time - insuring that, in the event that your broker or primary client service specialist is out of the office, another team member who knows your company's particular needs is always on-location and ready to help you with whatever you need.
At Clark & Lavey, we want our clients to always have information that is pertinent to their specific benefits program ready at their fingertips. In order to help achieve that goal, we provide you with an administrative manual containing all of your carrier information, including, but not limited to:- group numbers
- relevant contact information
- benefit design
- copies of correspondence sent to the carriers on your behalf
Clark & Lavey has developed strategic partnerships with professionals in areas covering COBRA, HIPAA, ADA, FMLA and benefits compliance. Clark & Lavey has also created another strategic alliance with an attorney who is highly specialized in ERISA compliance to make absolutely certain that you, the client, have a qualified, up-to-date resource in that area who is only a phone call away.
