Client Services Manager
Client satisfaction is paramount to Clark & Lavey, and the core focus of Brian Ouellette, Client Services Manager. Brian leads the Client Services Team in providing the exemplary service and support that is the hallmark of Clark & Lavey. He is an accomplished management professional, with more than twenty-five years of experience managing teams in diverse industries including health care, financial, and manufacturing. Previously, Brian was business manager for United Healthcare, where he was responsible for more than one hundred customer services associates.
Brian attended Hesser College and Becker College, where he studied Accounting and Business Administration and attained certificates in Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK®) and a Green Belt in Lean Six Sigma. He lives in New Hampshire with his wife and children. Brian is a strong supporter of the Wounded Warrior Project. He and his family enjoy local New Hampshire theater. In his spare time, Brian likes working on home improvement projects and is a big fan of New England sports teams
