Al has been with Hilb Group, formerly Clark & Lavey Benefits Solutions since 2008, and has more than 20 years of business experience. Prior to joining Hilb Group, Al enjoyed a successful career as a Business Development Manager with Intuit Payroll Service. He previously worked at ADP, where he consistently earned distinctions for outstanding performance, including four President’s Club awards.
As a broker/consultant, Al’s focus on education and communication in helping clients achieve desired outcomes has set the stage for the delivery of unparalleled service. He works with clients in every sized marketspace and is well versed in the fully-funded, self-funded and captive program markets.
Al attended the University of Massachusetts and received his BS in Business Management. He is a licensed Health, Life & Accident Producer.
