Noreen Chick

Noreen joined Hilb Group, formerly Clark & Lavey Benefits Solutions in 2019 with more than 20 years of experience in the health insurance industry, primarily working account service and claims management in TPA (Third-Party Administration) and reinsurance environments.

With a strong background in federal regulations and the self-insured sector, Noreen is responsible for maintaining Hilb Group’s client relationships, with particular attention paid as transitions are made to cost-saving self-funded and medical captive approaches to providing employee benefits.

When not working, Noreen uses her free time to cook at home and enjoy one of her favorite activities – horseback riding.
