The Biden Administration announced it intends to end the COVID-19 national emergency and public health emergency declarations effective May 11, 2023. The end of these emergency declarations will impact employer-sponsored group health plans in a number of ways. Plan sponsors need to understand the impact to their health plan now so they can make decisions, begin planning for changes, and develop an action plan as these emergency periods wind down.
Join us on Thursday, March 23 at 10:00 a.m. EDT as we discuss the implications of the end of these emergencies for group health plans, consider how the transition might impact costs to plan sponsors and participants, and provide best practices to keep participants informed of any upcoming changes.
