1. Massachusetts Employers – HIRD (Health Insurance Responsibility Disclosure) filings are due by December 15th. The HIRD reporting is required annually. The required HIRD info must be completed electronically on your MassTaxConnect portal. A link of screenshots to the HIRD questions to help you through the process is below. 2. MA PFML (Paid Family & Medical Leave) Private Plan Exemption site open now for renewals and applications.
