With experience in managing large Self Funded insurance groups, including municipalities with stringent Collective Bargaining Agreements (CBAs), Ashley has a proven track record in managing and meeting rigorous performance guarantees, medical trends, and innovative disease case management programs.
A data-driven strategist at heart, Ashley believes in grounding strategic recommendations in robust data analysis rather than merely relying on trends or buzzwords. Her mantra, “Data only matters if you give it meaning,” encapsulates her approach to decision-making and problem-solving.
Native to New Hampshire, Ashley’s journey in the insurance industry includes Sales management roles at Aflac, and most recently Anthem (now Elevance) where she honed her skills and gained valuable carrier experience, prior to returning to CLBSI under a new name.
